They don’t have the full transcripts 5 years back but they have other tax docs available, which I downloaded for the years I could not get transcripts, and the interviewer was fine with those.
Good deal, Thx, also I'm looking for proof of auto registration for those five years, would like to avoid carfax if possible.

Well I caught a break on the 2016 TY, Turbo Tax still had it on file!

You won't get any response by asking in writing about your wife's case. Best you can call and have your wife with you so she can say she is allowing you to talk on her behalf but don't expect to get any resolution.
What does the N652 say? Is it asking to send any documents or just wait?
They want her to submit evidence that she did not abandon residence because of travel. One issue I have is no tax records for 2016, a year I mailed it in and failed to make copies.
Reaching back five years for financial evidence will be tricky.

During the interview my wife was ask a question about three years or five, I assume this was about question one on the N-400 but my was not expecting this and was confused.*
I had filled out the N-400 and had answered three years, married. We had issues with travel as we were stuck in Philippines for 10 months due to cv19 lock down.
Based on the N-652 we received I'm guessing the interviewer had my wife change question 1 to A. a lawful citizen for five years.
My question is this normal procedure to make changes at the interview?
I hope it will be ok for me to write interviewer and inquire about what was changed.
*My wife speaks good english however she was stressed by this and got confused.
Thank you for your time

My wife received an RFE after her interview possibly for extended time abroad. The form is N-14, as I am not able to find it online is it safe to assume it will be mailed?
The interviewer told my wife it was available online but I have struck out.
Thank you

Not sure if I can post the phone number but PM me and response will come.
I beg forgiveness if this has already been posted or if I'm in the wrong spot.

SS is a must have for the DL, we just went through all that. Have you considered obtainning an international license in the UK?
-
http://www.txdps.sta...lStatusDLID.htm Hope this link helps, I advise you wait at least 14 days before applying SS so DHS has time to put your name in the registry.
You do not need a green card however they will only issue a temporary or conditional license till you get the green card. It is good for 6 to 12 months.

Ok Great! Thank you very much! We purchased the tickets months ago to save money but we have about a month before she leaves so I'll wait about three weeks before doing an info pass for the stamp.

I've tried in vain to find this subject so please accept my apologies if this has been ask.
We just received verbal aproval at interview for AOS and hopefully will receive 2 year card soon.
Problem is wife may have to return home before card arrives and reading about the 551 stamp has brought some confusion.
Is the 551 stamp required after interview process for returning to the states as in superceeding the 1 year EA/Ap card?
Thank you for your time

QUOTE (EnglishFamily @ Apr 14 2009, 12:52 AM) I want to ask something guys, so we can't apply to get me a Driver's License even we filed my AOS??it means I have to wait for the approval first (greencard)??
After you apply for AOS
Usually they will issue a EAD an AP in about 60 days.
You can take EAD and get a DL in Texas.
Thanks from us too, I'll update this after she takes her test.

Atleast you will get a interview letter soon and your wait is almost over. its better to have an interview than just waiting for CSC to answer. If your a genuine couple it shouldnt be a problem... Good Luck !
Received our notice today for interview on Jan. 9, good call!
