Hey everyone,

I receive my EAD card today. I call USCIS and they tell me to reapply again for AP for them to fix picture problem. It sucks coz I was wanting to go home so bad. I will try to expedite request but they tell me they need evidence from me to show why i want to go home. I am hoping this can be quick. Anyone have any idea for me. I wish all with interviews this week a good luck.

Hello fellow June filers, Hope cases are progressing well for everyone. So, on today I received the AP in the mail but it had my wife's picture in it instead of mine. I don't know how this happen but all I can think of is may be error at USCIS. Now. I don't know what to do. Do I call USCIS to explain issue or do I go to local office and apply directly. I am in need to go home soon as I haven't been in over 7 years. Please advise anyone. I am on post activity also on EAD but I hope same problem does not happen and they put wrong picture. Ah My God pray for me.

Haha, the online system seems hit and miss. I really hope ours is broken; it's currently telling me our case hasn't been touched since 06/28 ... I would greatly appreciate it if I checked the mail and there was my EAD/AP/interview letter, anything really!

Don't worry about it so much. i was in the same boat with no touch since before biometrics. They is going to touch your case soon.

On a lighter note, I got touched again today Yahh.

Oh My God. After I am not hearing anything from USCIS from biometrics till now, I received an e-mail last night telling me that EAD & AP have been approved and to wait 30 days for production. I am so happy at least now I know that they are working on our case. The silence is killer I tell you. Congratulations to all who have received approvals and good luck to all with cases pending.

Please any help with this question?I logged on to my account status and noticed that the circles on USCIS website that indicates the stage were one's application is remains initial review,but the next step on mine is decision.i am confused cause it skipped RFE,Interview and testing all the way to decision.Am still waiting for EAD in the mail,cause i already did my biometrics.Please advise.Does this indicate that i may not have an interview?we have been married for 3yrs with two daughters.Thanks

I wouldn't worry about it. I just saw the same thing happened to my account. I have been watching it like every hr since last month and I guess USCIS is making some updates to the websites. To all the welcome messages, thanks a lot. Whom ever came up with this website, had such a great idea coz it's a great place for pple like me to get advice and vent with others in the same boat

Thanks, I have been reading through this forum for the last one hour and I am so glad that something like this exists. One quick question. I haven't received any touches in almost a month and I didn't get one even after my biometrics. Anyone had this happen to them? Should I call USCIS to verify that everything went well with my walk-in biometrics and that I have not forfeited my AOS application. The wait, as you say on here "to be touched" is killing me. Thanks in advance. Gosh I am so excited that their is a forum like this for people to help each other out.

Wow. I was just trying to do some queries on google and landed on this forum. This is such a great idea. I am also a June filer and would like to be added to the group.
