You have to keep trying until you get through. There are two times per day when it is easier to get through. I had the same experience.
around 6:30 am and pm times

Hi Ivory. My wife will hopefully be in the USA within the next 3 months. We live at 40 min. from Manchester on the north side of Boston. She is 34 with no children. She is a school teacher in Tanjay City. She is an extremely nice woman. A heart of gold.

The I-130 process takes typically 5 months or more. The NVC process which I am now in looks like it takes around 3 months. I would plan on 8 to 9 months before your spouse comes to the USA. Sorry but that is how long it takes for the normal process to play out. I too wish it was much faster. This has been very difficult to be apart for so long.

You can also see them on Yahoo messenger.
Plan on 8 to 9 months before approval of IR1.

We are going through the process right now and we are at the NVC process. Plan on 5 months for the USCIS process and plan on 3 months for the NVC process.
