      No I actually tried calling them and could not get anywhere with that so I emailed them and to my surprise they emailed me back in about 5 hours.

      You can also call DOS at 202.663.1225 then 1, 5, 0. I was on hold for 20 minutes but they do seem to know what is going on with the case at the embassy.
