I am a British and living in England with my American husband! He has to go back to the US shorty, I want to file my K3 visa so I can go and live there with him asap! I am not sure whether it makes any difference that we got married in the US and now I am filing my K3 application in England. And my next question is that while the application is processing can I travel to the US on a waver visa? Oh and the cheapest way of doing it!?
