    I wanted copies of all the documents but they refused. They only gave me a copy of the VACCINATION DOCUMENTATION WORKSHEET which i recommend you also to take for yourself because it may be helpful in your US future. :)

    I wаs in Greenberg and i paid $58: chest X-ray, test for syphilis, physical examination and no additional vaccines (my age is not appropriate for six of them :))Тhat's all. I was there in 9:00 in the morning and two hours later i was having a lunch. :)
