Hi Binny I did not send letter stating PCC as not being included w/ DS-230 packet. However, I called NVC operator confirmed tht the beneficiary must provide at time of interview. Another use JohnDoe12 made note of PCC not being included to NVC in cover letter n NVC completed his case.

I did not have a RFE for DS-230. I had RFE on AOS since I forgot to sign.

For DS-230 I did not send passport pcc since thy said its ok to give at interview. Let me know if u need anythg else.

Hi what does your AVR say today? Does it say anything about your case been sent to mumbai on Jan 3rd?

Hi Binny I am not sure. I told my husband to send it through DHL n I got in 3 days. He sent on Fri I got on Mon morning. I do not know much about Speed Post. GOOD LUCK.

No I have PCC from Surat RPO but I remember it was a pain in neck it took my husband roughly 25 days to get it. I did not send it to NVC and an NVC operator told me tht it must be provided at the time of interview.

I am from South Gujarat Navsari district.
