So we are moving and need to fill out the AR-11 online. For some reason all the fields are mandatory (even the ones with no asterisk) but whatever. Anyways I don't recall us ever filing I-864 so I'm not sure if we need to do the I-865. Any clarification on this?

Happened to us as well. The only bad thing is it still counts as an RFE and it'll delay the EAD. We ended up getting it after the interview lol

This is probably it. Who's older, you or your wife? Also how long have you been married?

From what I've read on these boards, they will probably call you guys in for a 2nd interview (where they separate you and ask questions). As long as your answers are pretty similar, they will have approve to it eventually. Good luck!

ps: If they do call you for a 2nd interview, it might not be a bad idea to get a lawyer involved...

I'm sorry to say this but when the I-94 is returned, it usually means bad news. Did she separate you guys during the interview? Do you have any unusual circumstances that would cause someone to doubt your marriage?

We didn't get a stamp at our interview last week but we were told it was approved before we left. Good luck..

Or rather, get restrictions removed from an existing SSN? We received the notice today but no card or EAD yet...

We are waiting for the EAD and/or GC. EAD was approved 7/8 then changed to 7/13 and now it says a notice of approval was mailed 7/21 but has reverted from "document production" to "post decision activity"

Meanwhile GC production date has changed from 7/16 (our interview date) to 7/21. Does EAD not recieved before interview get cancelled or something? One of them needs to get here lol
