I'm a DV selectee for the 2009-2011 program. I'm from Sierra Leone and I have filled the forms and send them back to Kentucky as Required. I failed to sign on form DS-230 part1 thinking that I should not sign on the whole of form DS 230 (both parts). how should such issues be handle when I do sign on form DSP 122?
