I just had mine August 31. Keep trying! I know it's completely frustrating....I just spent hours and hours refreshing the appointment page and the day I got my appointment, July 1, I had been refreshing for an hour and suddenly, without any warning, I got an appointment...just like that. It was 7am.....I had been refreshing since 6am.
