Hey, thanks for that! I was having trouble getting through to the DOS to find out if they had sent out the packet 3 letter, but it arrived in the mail today :-) Was dated Feb 3rd, maybe it took a while because there was no stamp on postage payment on the envelope..!

Hey, having a bit of a job getting through to the DOS...! I called the number, listened to 2 mins of automated-ness, pressed 1, then got the same info all over again, then nothing happened aarrgghhh!! Is there something I'm missing??! Also just wondered if packet 3 letter had arrived in the post yet?
