did any of my friend pay a premium fee? they said by oct 28 we should hear something.. we did not use an atty as I only received an advisement from one. (submitted I129f 05-26-10 NOA1 05-28-10 (no NOA2).

I sent in our I-129F Form and finally recieved our receipt number!(I-797C)

Well i just check my status and supposedly its in a initial review..

How long does it take for them to make a decision? and after they do make a

decision whats next? what do i prepare for?

The first day we saw each other was August 18, 2008. We met each other through our friends. As we saw each other more and more our relationship got more serious and became a couple. Now we believe we are perfect for each other and getting ready for marriage.

On the I-129 form question 18 am i suppose to write a small essay on how i met my girlfriend (fiance) what am i suppose to say?

on the exampe sheet it says something about additional sheet..what is that? lets say for example i met my girlfriend from a friend is that what i put down? please help i think this is the only ting holding me back right now..

Well i know they ask something about your criminal record..well when i was 18 at a very young age i got an O.V.I. it was really big..no jail time just pleaded guilty paid a big fine and had to go to some alcohol program..is this gonna affect my application? am i suppose to check yes to any of the questions asking about "criminal records"?

Also, i been in Korea for 2 years now but im an American Citizen..can i still fill in the application and send it to U.S. ? or do i have to go back to America?

On the I-129 form it says that i should put in my fiance's address but shes lives in Korea (im at korea at the moment also)

do i have to put the address if it isnt in english letters? what do i do?
