they said that in the interview ?

I don't understand why they sent back just because it was expired, they renew it automatically. this is what we are told from the DOS

Though I read in you rprevios posts that u wuere given 221g for damaged passport. and then were isued visa.

i am also in a similiar situation.. they asked me to get my medicals again and i have submitted them ...
