We got the NOA2 last Oct 4. Called NVC and they said, that it will forwarded to the consulate. Its 3 weeks now but havent heard anything

  I have heard that it can take up to five weeks to get to Consulate. We are waiting too. Wish they would get busy for us! You are not alone in this waiting game! Good luck to you.
