Absolutely devastated and heartbroken, Hicham was denied the K-1 Visa. After over four years of being together, we are going to be separated as a family indefinitely. We are so sad, and beside ourselves, but will keep moving forward :'(

I don't know how or when..... I was blessed with a financial gift to be able to go December 2012- January 2013 (last time I was there) with my kids. Our plan was to get married that trip, but paperwork issues got in the way. I work in my home taking care of children, I go to school at night, and of course my daughters, I don't want to have to leave them again!! I don't have an assistant for my job right now like I had my last trips, who could run the daycare while I am go...

We are in AP, but it's ok, she said 1-2 weeks, and I did send a LOT of evidence. Hope the Consular Officer Lady likes our pictures

Although the wait is hard, I am really impressed with how fast the K-1 process went so far. I know that we are blessed by this and I really appreciate the USCIS right now. I know that some people are having a hard time, especially with CR-1 petitions. I can't help but want to advocate for them, they ARE working hard for sure. Please don't hate me for saying so! Just want to be encouraging, after 4 long years of waiting... we are so ready, we understand! Patience is not easy to...

In Morocco
had an engagement ceremony on the 28th!! So excited to start this process finally so we can be together as a family foreverrrrrrrrrrrr -

Just want to say Congratulations to all the Casablanca approvals!!! What a journey through that consulate. I am not there yet but sure do enjoy seeing all of the posts. What an asset VJ is! I just have to stay away sometimes because I get a little jealous
