RFE almost ready to be sent.. feel like we're applying for ROC!

definitely call the DOS. That's where we got our interview date.. my fiance called DOS just out of curiosity to see if they got his medical results and they already had the interview date. We were shocked! Then we booked flight for 2 weeks after to be safe

We didn't send in any of that. And didn't bring proof of relationship to the interview. they literally asked him, where did you meet, and where does she work. then he was approved!!

I paid before I knew they'd scheduled the interview, but I don't think that's a factor. I think they will schedule an interview before you pay, and you just obviously have to make sure you take care of that lovely payment before you go.

We called because were both very impatient right now. To be honest though Matt got the letter only a few days after calling. If those few days make a difference to you like us, I'd call!! Give me a shout if you need anything else!

yes, you are correct- they won't even schedule your interview until they get your medical results. So I am hoping for sometime next week to find out when the interview is! About what stage are you guys at?

No interview date yet.. He just had his medical on Friday so they said London won't get the results until prob Thursday. My head is spinning trying to make guesses as when the interview could be scheduled!

You will get a letter from the NVC saying they received and sent your packet to London.. I didn't want to wait for that, so I called DOS. They can update you before you get the piece of paper. its:

202-663-1225. press 1, then, 4, 2, 3, 2, 0 to skip the nonsense and speak to an operator.
