Hi! I'm kinda freaking out here. On August 13th my husband received a text message saying our I-130 was received and that a notice was sent to him through the mail. Over a month after that, we still haven't received the letter in the mail.

Is it really bad? And what was supposed to be in that letter? What's the next step?

Hi! I am canadian and applying for my IR-1 with my american husband. He's out of the US for right now because of his job so he sent me everything so I could send the check and the papers (I-130, etc). So my question is, is it ok to get a money order from a federal canadian bank and send it?

Also, is it ok to send the package from my house address (Canada) or would it be better for him to send it? I thought I'd just write the "return to sender" address as his, just in case. For the next packages, he will be sending them.

Can anyone help me with this one, please?
