    Yw. I've read your question sa PI portal, yes u have to pay each for both of ur child. We do have Same situation,we have k2 and just paid today sa bpi and annulled ako sa father ng anak but I do have the sole custody. Para makasiguro ako, I did get me a affidavit sa lawyer na nakasulat na been 6 yrs na abandon ng father nag anak ko with no contact or support at all. Just inquire din sa lawy...
