    On the 40 H of DS-230 I selected NO. The reason is because I was on a D/S F1 Visa. Moreover, I was not removed from the country and did not commit any crimes of aggravated assault.

    Do you have a lawyer?

      congratulations we just got approved for our NOA-2 and we are following up with NVC to make sure our case is in the system. i wish you guys all the best hopefully we will be next
