i need help ,i am adjusting my status (AOS }based on k1,but i submitted my application to the wrong center ,phoenix instead of chicargo lockbox,i mailed out the application 1st november 2010 and they recieved it in 2nd in phoenix ,till now i had nothing check as not been cash.

i have call uscis several time they asked me to wait for abour 30 to 45 days ,either the form will return of send to the rightfull center

i am realy worried ,i need an urgent help if there is anyone there that can help or has pass through same stress.

is there anyone with helps of understanding i am a k1 applicant, in my fiancee 1-134 form she has 4 house hold including me it will be five and my fiancee has 33.249 on her tax return which mean she meet up with 125 percent poverty level,and on her account deposite there is no much money on it ,please i want to know if this will be a problem on the day of interview.thanks
