Just another update that we are reviewing your submitted documents and would keep you updated.

9/4/2019-- File was touched again. However, I don't see email or anything on USCIS status -- Looks like that page is broken or something (PD Nov 2013 - Vermont)
Would check later on and keep it updated.

Request of evidence was submitted to Vermont.
Update on USCIC Website : We will review your response to our request and mail you our decision. (PD Nov 2013 - Vermont)

PD Nov 2013 and on Aug 13th 2019 was contacted by Vermont to verify one of the document.

Just Fyi..
Priority date Nov 2013 (brother-in-law and applied by mother in law for over 21) and was contacted by Vermont on one of the verification letter. Looks like Nov 2013 file was touched

Thank you so much. My wife can get some rest.. She was getting worried... I read online same thing as you said...but wanted to confirm ..

I noticed that I've PD as Nov 18 2013 on NOA-1 797C.. Should I just wait until VSC approves since PD already been assigned.
-
My in-law applied for F2B (Oct 2013) for my brother-in-law (over 21). We are in south and somehow the case went to VSC and it's been stuck there for the last 2+ years. I'm noticing that TSC and CSC moving those cases in 5-8 months. I've noticed that VSC dates haven't moved for the last 9-10 months. Isn't it little bit unfair because if your case goes to TSC or CSC, you get PD ahead of 2013 cases.
Any insight would be helpful.

Does anyone know what's going on with VSC.. My in-law applied the I-130 for 21 years old son in 2013 and VSC still stuck at 2012 while others processing center are doing within 5 months. We applied from Chicago since we were living in chicago at that time.

Does anyone know why Vermont Processing center is so slow for I-130 (permanent resident applying for unmarried children over 21). We applied the visa in Nov 2013 and haven't seen date moved up so far for so long.

I know this probably been asked many times here on VJ but I would like to ask a favor for those who have experience and have successfully in petitioned their parents. What supporting documentations did you submit? I just want to have more input on this. Thank you.
hopefully this would help.

NVC has completed the review of my case . Waiting for the interview date . Does any one knows how long it takes from the date has been completed from NVS to the actual interview ????.
Thank you in advance .
Congratulation. I just found out that both of my in-law cases were approved on Feb 15 too.

Based on F2A waiting list, there are 5 counties in the TOP list and others are behind them. So there could be a hope that if you live in the country where the waiting list is not an issue, you might get your visa earlier than others?

I've applied for both of my parents and waiting to send DS-230 along with civil documents. My parents have one certified copy of marriage certificate which was issued in 1984 and it's not that easy to get another one. Can one certified copy be used for both parents if I put that information in Cover Sheet since I'm going to send both of the packets in U.S express mail
I know that Notarized copy won't work otherwise I could get done that very easily.

total process should take 8-10 months if the case/s are not thrown into Admin processing etc.
I' not Filipino or filed for anyone there however when i petitioned my mother/father the process was started on march 3, 2010 and was approved on November 1, 2010 (8 months).
I agree. It's taking between 8-10 months. I just noticed that NVC process is going very smooth as fast for me until parents missed the PCC and They would get it by next Tuesday so I'm waiting for that document before I send DS-230. So it put my process 2 weeks behind.
-
I made separate copy of I-864 and I-864a but information is mostly identical except few questions.
-
I sent my DS-3032 on 12/06 thru email and I just received an email. So You should be getting an email soon

NVC collected all that money from Visa Petitioners since Govt is out of money and need to bail out their buddies. When they found out they have almost fooled every petitioners let's go backward.

They say mass informatio might have been missing from that year etc when I spoke with the NVC and the DOS agents even though the agent at Dos had no idea the january infomation was out and caught a fit saying I should not have received such information. Told her it's on the website didnt get it from under the books. She said it should not have been posted until December 15th.
That's what I thought. They never publish this information before 14-15 of the month and I was surprised to see it. My Wife brother is 19 and half and her parents visa close to approval. Oh NO oh NO.. I was screaming.

wow.. I thought that it was typo error.. BUt I guess NOT

Do we know - what's the interview date for F2B at the moment. Based on reading all the previous messages, It seems like that they are still going through Nov/Dec 2019.
