I just called DOS and they said that "AP" has been completed....

Just waiting and waiting. since May 7th, 2010..hopefully this "AP" ends soon

My Wife had her interview in Islamabad on May 7th. She received a light green paper at the end of the interview stating temporarily refused for administrative processing. Also states that it can take 2-3 months but no maximum time. They kept her passport and gave her token... give me some info since I have been calling DOS and they keep saying under administrative processing...I'm a US Citi...

Same here, they didn't say anything about approval nor did my wife ask them (you know, sometimes especially at interviews females from our region get nervous and I don't blame them because I would have gotten nervous as well) but anyways, they didn't say anything with approval....she got the same exact letter that your wife got.
