      Did you receive your USCIS case number yet?

      Not real sure when I will go there and get them. Still trying to make all of the arrangements. It will before the next few weeks though. We are making the plans for it now.

      Theresa and her daughter are doing fine. They both had their embassy interview on September 1st and passed. We were very happy to have that over. She is waiting to receive her visa now. After she has the visa in her hand, they are set and ready to go.

      Yes ours took 15 weeks to get from NOA 1 to NOA 2 and it was a long wait and made you wonder what was happening. We prayed and kept our faith and it worked out fine. Once we got the NOA 2 we moved really fast.

    finally contacted USCIS and was told that they have our file (YAY!) and that we should receive our NOA1 hopefully by the end of this week. Our file was sent onto the lockbox from CSC so that is the cause of our delay.

    just wanted to ask if ever my k-1 visa was approved is it automatic that i can bring my son with me?

      That depends on a few things. Theresa and I had to find the same answers and we are very fortunate of what we found out. Send me a PM when you awake and I will see if I can give you an answer.
