in California u need to give them ur AOS approval letter (notice of action approved letter) and SSN.. they didn't accept my NOA1

yes ! US Embassy in Vancouver/Canada did accept faxed Checklist and signed Ds-230 I .. check with ur Embassy they might do the same..

yes for canada as well ... i faxed them the complete DS-230 part 1 (they don't need part2, it is for K3) and the check list

then they sent me the interview date...

and they will get all the other forms from u on ur interview day .. so make sure u have everything ready... medical,Background check ..forms and everything they asked for in the check list!

AOS:

NOA1 =======> NOV 25, 2005

BIOMETRICS =======> DEC 14, 2005

TRANSFER TO CSC =======> JAN 03, 2006

ONLINE APPROVAL =======> JAN 23, 2006

WELCOME LETTER =======> JAN 25, 2006

GREEN CARD =======> JAN 31, 2006

SEE U ALL IN 2 YEARS

well i was in the same situation!

i came to USA on K1 visa in Sept 2005... got married in OCT ... filed AOS application in NOV and had the approval in JAN2006... with no interview ... and my case was trasfered to CSC as well... so the whole process took about 2 months!!

by the way how long did it take to actually get the Green Card after the Approval? Days? Weeks?
