i am waiting for a NOA2 form, we have 6 month during the process, but i fell so much time,,, i want to get some advice how they take more than 6 month for the process

good day.im new here..we got the NOA1 dtd sept 20,2010.its been 4 months and still waiting for the NOA2..can we possiby call USCIS for follow up?though,we check our status online and its still on initial review..hope to hear any advises wt to do..thank you and God Bless everybody.

  the proccesing time is 5 mos.,when its outside the processing time,thats the time that you nee to call USCIS..
