Again, more information needed to give an answer and "so on."
Who is the "we" that entered the US as tourists? You've only mentioned you and your US citizen wife? The US citizen would not enter the country as a tourist.
How did you enter the US? What passport did you enter the US with?
There is a petition process for the spouse of a US citizen, not a request.
- We as in my family(mother and brother)
- We entered as tourists. I'm from Argentina

im already in the US well past my visa; i've been working and paying taxes using an ITIN for a couple of years. i also have friends with good incomes that could sign affidavits for me.
is it possible? check with a lawyer?

hello
been in the US illegally for a decade been freelancing for years now(getting by on my ITIN) and to be honest im tired of being here illegally(if im freelancing, i might as be back home)
speaking with a friend/ex-coworker(we were at small studio where they needed me/they paid me cash) he said i should try to get a job at the company where he is at now(big studio, owned by a publisher that owns multiple studios across the country). with my status there is no way would this studio hire me, which he knew(hes canadian, on a visa himself). what he was getting at was he thought i could get some sort of visa, as an example he brought up an artist we used work with who is pretty ####### but somehow managed to get himself a work visa.
a bit more on me; im 23, from argentina and i dont have a college degree. i could get affidavits from friends who are doing well financially, dunno if it would help.
any chance i could get something?
also, my mother got her CG almost 2 years ago and my stepfather is a citizen(they've been married for about 5 years). can either one request me? would i be better off?
thanks
my wife is a student and doesnt work/pay taxes. can she request me?

Hey guys, just to give an update. We went to a lawyer and he echoed your posts about a co-sponsor, which shouldn't be a problem.
Very excited. Thanks
