    Well alot has happened in the last 2 years. Nice to see some still here. NOA1 Jan 17th 2013. Starting all over, we have a wonderful Marriage, beautiful Daughter. We have learned patience and understanding.

      Thank you. We are better then ever, we needed to have everything that happened. It made us stronger. So We are not on this fast paced hurry hurry for the government to take it's sweet time. We have learned to manage with our distance, and we know he will be home soon. smile

      Lytha, I would if I knew about it. He lasted lived in Maastricht, so the USCIS scheduled his interview in Amsterdam .. Instead of his Home country. WHY? I have no idea.

    Less than a week after requesting a new SS Card, it arrived, I am already to start work once I find a job, woohoo!!

      We are getting through. Yes he is happy to be free, he has no place to go. So he has been on the streets, until i could get him money for a Hotel. Very expensive. I am looking into going to Canada, due to it is only 28 miles from my work. So Maybe he can come there, and we can live through this process. I don't know.. So i was looking at a small studio apartment, and letting my little one stay with his dad for a few months. I am still very close to him so its not like i am leaving him. I ...

    I am alittle confused why we complain about the system, we help others when the system fails.. but we are also the first to assume that some where along the lines.. that someone MUST be embellishing the story. I came here.. and continue our conversation for help, advise, a different point of view.. cause i don't know it all.. but i don't come here to continuously defend our dumb, emotional, uneducated decisions. We fell in love before he came, he wanted to see how i live, make sure i ...

      I'm ok.. we are in a crappy situation, and there is always this back lash over trying to portay how unjust this VWP is.. and our situation over his overstay. If i could have afforded to send him home.. i would have. .. sigh.. He deports in 2 days.. and i am cried out.. and im sick of hormones.. LOL I am just trying to figure out today.. if he has a ban, and if i have to save up for the NVC, and the I212 waiver.. just frustrated. How you are guys? =)

      am not a irresponsible woman, who doesn't take care of her kids, or not pay my bills, or not clean my house .. or if we can have a Bathroom routine that doesn't include that i get mad that he doesn't rinse his tooth brush.. or put down the toilet seat.. ( which he does all those things) or that i shower every day.. LOL.. That we like the same movie or if we can lay of the couch together without being to hot.. and complain that there is not enough room.. he came to see..if we were ...

      Thank you very much!! God becomes more and more a part of my life. This journey sometimes will convince you to turn it over to god. Cause all you can do is believe that everything will turn out ok, and believe in that. Turn it over to god. Otherwise it will drive you crazy! Being seperated from your love like this.

      No he can't come home. They will still deport him.. I am feelng fine ...little quizzy in the mornings. The next step is the I130 as soon as i get the certified marriage certificate.. He will be going next week sometime.. the ICE officer said i should take his bags to her office on Monday so i assume it's soon. They wont tell me a date.=(
