Fort Wayne, Indiana is not that far from the Ohio state border. There is also a Filipino American society here in Fort Wayne. Do some searching, I am sure you will find people to talk to in Ohio and help you adjust.

I sent the reply for the RFE. From Indiana it would be 4 days to california with first class or priority mail but I used flat rate express and got it there over night with tracking and delivery confirmation included.

Received the RFE, It was a simple mistake.(page 1, Part A, question 11) Did not X yes or no. But did mark names and places as N/A. I looked in my records and found that one draft earlyer of the 129F and the boxs un marked. Looks like when an update was made to the second page the older first page was used and sent to USCIS.

My email and the document listed Aug 16 but the post mark was Aug 17. I received it in the mail Aug 20. This was the time projected by USPS web site for California to Indiana first class letter. So I guess there was no real delay in getting it to me. It is just that ever day seams like an eternity.

Hi, we have an RFE coming. It is coming fron CVS and I am in Indiana. I am looking at almost 2 weeks just in mail time. You must be closer to California.

It did come from California?

How close to the date on the RFE was the post mark. I am assuming that mine was mailed the same day I got the email stating that it was sent.

What had you sent as proof the first time that they did not like?

Delta and Korean Air have the best prices I could find to US Midwest states (IL, IN, OH, KY, GA).

You may have to check Korean Air prices from your end.

Their web sites said it was against Philippine law for them to sell a ticket that starts in Manila to a person not in the Philippines.

Any luck with air tickets?
