  1. Approved I601-A! Feeling Blessed

  2. Not sure if anyone is currently applying for I-601 waiver. We have decided to move forward with the help of a lawyer for my husbands case as we are financially more stable and able to hopefully rectify his legal status. By the end of February we would like to file the I-601. I have been diligent through the last 5 years to keep contact with the NVC to keep his case open. This will help speed things along once the Lawyer begins this process! Please pray for our family. My dream is tha...

  4. Good Truly is merciful and great. after consulting with several lawyers we applied to have the 1-130 sent again to nvc to reapply for adjustment of status again. yesterday i just learned that Obama signed an article that would allow us to file while husband is in the US. going to call three left today top see how and when this will affect our case.

  5. I just checked online our case status, It says that on November 23rd a case decision was mailed. All of our applications where denied. I am more than a little sad, but we will move forward with the advance parol in stead of waitign for a deportation order, and will re-apply for entry once my husband is in Honduras again.

  6. Received and returned papers for RFE, accepted by USCIS on November 1st, 2011. Just waiting for what comes next, a little anxious!

  7. I have updates, on October 18th, 2011 my husband went for his biometrics appointment. On October 26th, 2011 I mailed the requested evidence for the RFE that we received on Oct. 5th, 2011. Now we are just waiting for what is next. I'm still unsure if the I-485 has to be denied in order for the I-601 to be process and how my filing the I-485 and the I-601 concurrently will affect my husband case outcome. Please pray for our family.

  8. Just received the RFE today, they sent me an I-485A to fill out which baffles me because my husband entered the US in 2005 and does not qualify. Its almost aaaas if the ll th forms i filled out with dat and point of enty where completly over looked. :( .ritting letter now to send in with copy of reciept for I-605.

  9. No my husband is here state side still, my hope is that the I-601 will prevent him from having to return to Honduras for an undefined length of time. If he is able to residency then we will tavel together within the year of that happening to visit his family.

  10. Arggg, I just went to uscis to check the status of our I-485 and a RFE was sent on Oct. 5th. Hopefully - will recieve this this weekend so I can get working on this!

  11. Almost forgot to post the update! My husband recieved his biometrics appointment last saturday! His appointment is for October 18th! We are tuley blessed as this came 10 days after our forms where accepted by USCIS!

  12. Just recieved our eleectronic NOA by txt messge today that ourI I-485,I-601, and I-765 were accepted! This is a great blessing after a small set back last month ( sent in our applications after our fee waiver was denied and our resubmission packet was lost!). God is full of mercy and goodness and we are back on track!

  13. Filed the 1-485, I-601, I-765, and I-864 today! So excited, it has been a struggle, but I am so relieved that we are one step closer than yesterday! :) God has greatly blessed us, and I'm sure the blessing will continue here with this process.

  14. God is Good! I just got a full time position, with much better pay than my last job, now to move forward with this case! :)

  15. Still at a stand still, I just got a job with better pay so we will resume the process and send in the 601 waiver, I-485, and I-864 in the next month. How is your case going?

  16. Getting discouraged...praying for better times to come!

  17. Things are tight right now, everything is at a standstill. I have been unable to find work since February. We are re-thinking the filing process and are looking into filing a 601 waiver and adjustment of status because of the political situations there in Honduras.

  18. Came home from vacation, and here is our NVC Case number!! God is great!!! :)
