    if my fiance visa is on the process..is it ok to get married in the philippines? me and my fiance will meet for the fourth time, twice in UAE and twice will be in the philippines..if we want to get married in the philippines, are we going to face problem in our fiance visa application?is now in its 7th month..please advice. thank you

      we want to get married twice. first in philippines and then USA :-) is that ok? hope there will be no problem for my fiance visa application

    my visa will be expired on january 29, 2014...if my visa will be approved soon and will be travel to USA on June 2013, do i need to renew my passport? is there a requirement that the passport should be less than 6 months when i travel outside philippines? please advice. thank you.

      Thank you. Im sorry what i mean is that my passport not my visa..is it valid to travel to USA with K1 visa if my passport is less than 6 months?

    4 months since we received NOA1, hope to have NOA2 this month :-)

      i hope so. i did not resign yet from my work here in UAE and i will resign and hopefully go back to phils for interview and medical when my visa is finally approved by USCIS..hope it will be soon :-)

    My worry is that if I will get pregnant during our third meeting in Philippines and I am planning back to UAE to continue my working visa and we process our K1 in USEM in Manila, Philippines. I don’t know how much time this visa will take and hope it will not take too long so I can be with my babe :-)

      because if i will get pregnant, it is not allowed in UAE without marriage certificate..but if i can file the paper in the philippines, i can give birth to my child in phils and i can terminate my contract here in uae..hope my decisions are ok :-)

    My fiancé and I were introduced by my high school friend from USA last August 2008. We met twice in UAE on 2008 and 2010. We will meet for the third time in the Philippines this September 2012 for my Phils vacation. We just filed our K1 visa last August 31, 2012 to Lewisville Lockbox as promised by my babe. Finally! We have problem financially that is why it took us a long time to process.

      we met first time in uae from dec 1-14, 2008 and in uae second time from sept 4-14, 2010 and third time in the philippines this sept 4-17, 2012..hope everything will be ok with the application

    How much are the total expenses(application fee, vaccination, visa processing, airticket etc.) for K1visa including airfare going to USA?

      that is too much expenses. i have no idea regarding 465 which is $1010? the visa processing fee i know is $350 that i have to pay prior to interview.

    do we need to notarize the fiance letter of intent here in UAE? I already sent my fiance letter of intent to my babe in USA. What about my babe? Does he need to notarize also his fiance letter of intent? Please need help. Thanks

    i'm new here in visajourney. Right now, we are processing our K1 visa application but not sure where to apply it. Im living and working in UAE but I was born in Philippines. My fiance and I met here in UAE. Im confused where we will apply our application, US Embassy in Manila or in Abu Dhabi. Based on the members review regarding these two embassies, US Embassy in Manila has fast approval and shorter time to get your visa compare here in Abu Dhabi. I need help. thanks.

      yes we know my fiance has to file from Ohio and then there's a question in application where he should file it for the interview because I'm confused what is the best way to had interview..here in Abu Dhabi, UAE or in Manila, Phils?
