do we need to notarize the fiance letter of intent here in UAE? I already sent my fiance letter of intent to my babe in USA. What about my babe? Does he need to notarize also his fiance letter of intent? Please need help. Thanks

i'm new here in visajourney. Right now, we are processing our K1 visa application but not sure where to apply it. Im living and working in UAE for four years now but I was born in Philippines. My fiance and I met here in UAE and he is American Citizen living in Ohio. Im confused where we will apply our application, US Embassy in Manila or in Abu Dhabi. Based on the members review here in visa journey regarding these two embassies, US Embassy in Manila has fast approval and shorter time to get fiance visa compare here in Abu Dhabi. I need help. thanks
