      yes he can make an inquiry at the ebassy about your pettion and if they already have your pettion your fiance can schedule your interview date he just give them your manila case number,your date of birth and your email adress cos thats where they send you the appointment letter confirming your interview date.and you can print it and bring it with you to the interview.god bless us
