its not indicated on my annulment that i got the custody. we went to municipals office to get a custody at the family facilitator but i refused to get it because i need to let my ex husband to sign on the form which is i do not know his whereabout and if i knew i am not interested to see him nor communicate with him since he left us nothing.Pls help me guiding to get the legal custody this is what i really needed.
the national passport called last night and she said if i want i can get a legal custody in the Philippines but it cost lot of money to this process.

hello everyone is anybody can tell me how much i should really pay foreach child cause nothing says about my kids status heres the scenario,i filed my removal of condition last year(march) and approved for 10 years since i am 3 years married with my husband iam entitled to file for my citizenship. and i applied for my citizenship April this year and still waiting for my interview.when i filed for removal of condition my kids never included cause their greencard will only expire this May.when i filed their removal of condition before their greencard expire their papers was returned by USCIS due to wrong amount i only paid the biometrics for both of them which i know they only need to pay the biometrics since i am the wife of the petitioner and their only my dependent in short k2 dependent of k1 is the amount declared by USCIS correct? Since they are only my dependent or since they are notincluded on my removal ofcondition they should pay aseparate filing fee and biometrics i am confuse right now and surprise about the fees i should pay orshould i wait for my citizenship be approve but their greencard are already expired pls help me.

oh ok i got you so you mean its always base on the expiration date of the card i thought it will be base always on me now i know. because i need to returned and encashed
the money order just incase. thank you so much
-
yes i know, but it was the card expiration date
-
thank you so much for all your replies

Why my kids application for ROC was returned ? reason for returned: number 12 has been check :your I-751 petition is being returned as the dependent child became a conditional residence.
under number 12 theres a box thats being check again;
* 90 days after the alien parent became a conditional resident therefore,the dependent child must submit a separate petition with fees.
their permanent card will expire on 5/29/2014
should i file it now on a separate application each or will wait until i approved for ROC or wait 90 days before expiration of their card
i am lost now will appreciate your advise .Thank you

Oh ok thanks. i just received my biometrics just few minutes ago btw, what usually appears to be approved just incase i am thinking that after a year i should file another ROC if they only extend me for a year as the letter state. is that 10 year green card or anything that you know of? or any any idea .because when i showed the letter to my husband he asked me "what will be the next, after a year that it was extended? thats what i wanted to know
-
after a week i sent my application i received a letter stating "Your conditional resident status was extended for a period of 1 year, during the one year extension you are authorized employment and travel"(this extension and authorization for employment and travel does not apply to you if your conditional resident status has been terminated. What does it mean?am i approved for my ROC? and it also says, In order to further process your petition, you will be receiving an appliation Support Center(ASC) appointment notice with a specific time , date and locationto capture fingerprints, photo and signature are they usually approved the application before biometrics ? just like what i received?
and there was a note here :the I-751 form type will be listed as :CR189" under application type in our case status online tool.
