  1. VISA APPROVE!!! Praise my Lord, Bendito sea Dios, we had a hard time but God had control. We will post our review later on tonight, Alex&Joan, specially Alexandra thank you so much for your support and to Paloma&M our friends thanks so much for being by our side all the day and giving me the good vibes when I thought I almost collapse.       I just caught my error! We did not send out AOS out until late JULY. So, more than two months after getting married and well past the 90 days since he first arrived to the US.

      Nothing. We did not send ours out until late October (even though we married in the middle of May). His AOS was approved without an interview in a record breaking two months! However, it would be best to do it ASAP so he can sooner get work authorization and get a job!

  10. So they did review my case again at Santo Domingo but decided to still send it back to USCIS.. Currently just waiting...

  11. My honey is leaving tomorrow to visit his mother and sister in another state for 3 weeks. While I am happy for the fact he will see his family, I am sad to think of being without him for so long. I guess I am feeling a bit down...

  13. When I post a topic...and someone chooses to answer spitefully...I would suggest you use your valuable time on another persons issue. I have no tolerance for ignorant people.

      No guilty consciences here. If my comment offended you in some way I am sorry for your misunderstanding. I do not believe I have ever been abrasive to you or any other VJ member. I believe that having experienced the process makes me particularly empathetic to others who are just going through the process as demonstrated by my willingness to help others. I just think that you could have been more mature and address the issue in a direct way. As always, I wish you and everyone in the visa proc...

      Yes, it is draining. However, I found that dreading completing the AOS was actually more draining than actually completing the package. Just do it! :-D

  22. Mi mor is liking this little cold air. I told him that he wont like it in a few weeks and months. I cant wait to be Mrs. Martinez on December 3. and then I wont have to say good night and leave .

  23. I'm trying to organize and make closet and drawer space for husband, but I'm having a hard time getting rid of things. I've been trying to get this done for the last few months and I've made no progress. Now I only have two weeks to get this done.
