Thanks! Yes, we did get a touch on 10/3 and nothing until I received the SMS with NOA2. I called just yesterday and asked to speak to a supervisor and she informed me that everything looks ok and hopefully I wouldn't have to wait much longer. Maybe you should try the same tactic. Good Luck!!
