I got a ticket when I didnt have SS I didnt have a drivers license i didnt have anything, well I had a court date and they didnt sent me to jail or anything i just had to pay for the fine... but i just pay part of it, i didnt pay all of it didnt have the money dont have the extra money right no. but i NEED my drivers license to work... do you thing i can go to DMV and get my license and pay for the ticket later?

DO you have to probe that? does he received mail there? or does he have any bills there any cable phone internet water or whatev? if the answer is yes GREAT... if not back to ZERO... what im telling you is... tell him to quick put u in his bank account until proses pass and tell him to get a phone line to your house or a cell phone bill.. and

GET YOUR HISTORY TOGETHER... IF YOU CANT MAKE US BELIEVE YOU THE OFFICER FOR SURE IS NOT GONNA TRUST U.

Yes she is mine!! and i was not thinking about taking her but now will for sure.. she is not a very good mornings girl but i guess ild have to give her some sweet lollipops or something. My Interview is at 7:30 AM oh my...

We dont have a lot of bills together because i made a mistake and didnt get my SS card when i get here so dont have one yet. but i thing we have more than necessary probe

I have my AOS interview for 08/16/2010 and i almost have all the stuff the ask for in the letter, ( most of them stuff that i already submitted but i have two questions bothering me bad and want you all to please help me.

First. They ask for the medical documents, the form with my medical exam, but i dont have it i send the original but I misplace the what can i do?

Second. can anybody give me tips about what to take or what to say or do or how to get ready for it..

Topday recieved my AP havent recieved my EAD but it was touched yesterday and today....

can somebody tell me WHAT NOW?

well i have not posted before but once, but Im going to say that if is not for all I read in this forum i wouldnt be as happy as Im today and probably I was not going to be in USA anymore.

I filled in Feb and had some delays sending my RFE but i sent it and they received it the last day of the 87 days they gave me it was 6/24/2010 when day got it and today i got the e-mail telling me that my EAD was send....

I understand you, The same thing that is happening to you happened to me, I had to get a different co- sponsor and send everything 2 days before the dateline

you can send the documentation for a different co - sponsor but the first one will be denied.

first, you dont need the actual document you just need a copy of it, tell her to take a copy of it and send it to you.

but dont sleep on it, go finding someone else some people is very funny about "the goberment" dealing with their paper. weird thing because "the goberment" is who send it to them in first place
