congratulations.... im still waiting on my NOA2 and im on my 102th day after NOA1 hopefully i will recieve something this week :)

  2. I got my NOA1 on 4/21 and have seen nothing since. I was thinking things were moving along and wasn't expecting any news until late July or early August. Now, with so many April, May and June filers receiving NOA2s, I'm starting to think there's a problem with mine but I have no RFE that I'm aware of. At the very least, I'm second-guessing everything I decided to send to USCIS as evidence (birth certificate vs. passport, boarding passes but no hotel receipts, only 3-4 pictures together...)

I thought for purposes of the petition, I only had to meet the "met within the past two years", free to and intend to marry requirements (and, of course, being a USC..) I was going to save the overwhelming evidence for the embassy stage (and we have plenty, if we ever get there!)

Good luck. Hope we both hear something soon!

I been waiting since 4/01/10 and me and my fiance first thought the process will only take like around a month or so, we are both getting impatience but im still think i will get a noa2 soon i wish my noa2 was as fast as other people but i guess i just not my luck. hopefully everybody here doesnt have to wait much more and get that special person to US soon. good luck everybody in this waiting game.

  3. Hello, My fiance and me received our NOA1 in April 1st 2010 and we are still waiting for NOA2. I have seen couple of threads where applicants received their noa2 beforewhich is good for them. now here are my questions

Can i call the VSC and find out about the status of the process and can they give me more information other than the case is in intial review?

Does anybody has experienced dealing with the Ukraine embassy, how is the process in the Ukrainian embassy?

After No2 is received how long (roughly) until my fiance has her visa?

Thanks in advance i appreciate the help.
