Have you called to find out why it is taking so long? You sent your application in before I did. Seems like you would have heard something back by now.

She lived in Sao Paulo. She entered the US this past weekend! :-) No problems going through Immigration in Miami. They didn't ask any questions, but just put her in a room for about 15 minutes, and then approved her entry.

Hi. Yes we did get our NOA2. Not only that, but K1 visa approved and entered the country already. Things moved very fast :-)

Hi. Yes, 19 days to receive her passport. The problem was that her interview was on a Friday, so that added 2 days for the weekend. Then the following week there was a holiday. Those 2 things prolonged her getting her passport. We were told 10 days by the consulate after her interview. They just seem to be very busy there. I would not worry. Just be patient :-)

Hi. To answer your question about being there for the interview. I was not there for my finance's interview. You are actually not even allowed to be in the room during the interview. It was a very quick interview, just 10 minutes. I would say save the $$ on a flight and spend it on a honeymoon :-). Best of luck with your interview!

Just got our NOA2 in the mail today! Took a bit longer because I just moved But now the fun really beings! Hope you get yours soon too!

Hey. It means my NOA2 approval is in the mail. I checked her case status on the Immigration website and her I-129F petition was approved. It said the approval was being mailed to me. That was less than 30 days for us! It seems things are being processed very quickly right now. So be very excited about that!
