I would be cautious of sending it in too early since they may schedule you soon ( depending on the consulate) and he won't even have his medical results and then you would have to rescheduled. Just a word of advice, make sure you try your best to time it right. unless you can request your interview date.

Has Graham called the embassy for an interview date? It looks like other are getting theirs about 30 days from the embassy receiving packet 3....praying for you!!!

He still hasn't received packet 3. I called a few days ago, and was told that they are behind. It was mailed on the 12th, so that's nearly 2 weeks. I'll call them again today or tomorrow to check. Should we download them and fill out what we can?

I guess I'm not sure what you are meaning about scheduling the interview. I thought it was packet 3, medical, and the interview a few weeks later? Hopefully by scheduling the medical for the 9th of Sept., we have left enough time...
