Category :F4

Country of Chargeablility :India

Case approved : 19 September 2005

I haven't got my COA, AOS etc. Anybody here with Jan2003, Feb2003 as there PD. Any Views as to when will I be able to move forward ?

Nobody has got COA after dec 2002.. Just wait for april.. Currently they are working on IL

Just to add more on batman's comment...CSPA benefit will only apply if the beneficiary and derivative beneficiary must contact NVC & apply for a visa "Within One year of the PD becoming Current". If you delay the case by two years either through Rescheduling your Interview Date also, then CSPA benefit will not be applicable eventhough if the CSPA age is under 21.........So, the beneficiary has to file within "One Year of the PD becoming current".

PD - Feb-2003... I just checked on CEAC website.. Put my Case Number & message displayed as - "AT NVC" ... No other information is seen ...

Is this normal?? Can you please specify the exact link to check the status??

NVC MAY PROCESS NEW COA AFTER VISA BULLETIN WILL BE PUBLISHED..

I think NVC will not send COA until june 2002 will get current as they cant predict because of retrogession in the past.. But will see a great movement ahead of it especially for F4..

I have observed that for f4 many petitions from India after 2001 has been sent to nvc for visa processing after mid 2009. Mine was june 2003 and received nvc case no. In 2009. So does that mean that there are few in line.???

guys i guess September vb will move 6 weeks which will be 15 feb,2002......this is what i observed from the past history .................

please don't take it granted......its just an ruff predictions .................

I don't see a huge movement next month.. but sure that 6-8 week movement will be seen from Oct or Nov VB

IS it true that the submission of files are closed after 9/11 attack for few months....????
