  1. Go ahead and report to the police, something might have happened to her. Check if shes still working or not, and oh go to homelans security or any uscis office and report visa fraud so she cannot change her status after the first 2 yrs of her temporary green card, n if shes got the green card still report her to uscis so she cannot be citizen or renew her green card....this is a case of visa fraud....it makes things difficult for us who are genuine to get visas to be with our loved ones

Guess what. When he reports this to USCIS, they will automatically suspect him of not being a good husband and it is the reason she left. Then she can claim some type of spouse abuse and be on the fast track for citizenship. Seen it happen more than once.

  2. Your expidite was not approved. This is proven by the denial of the petition.

Some members have cautioned you to wait until you know for sure why you were denied. Some have suggested that your RFE didnt connect with the case file.

In my own case I was at first denied because they hadnt gotten my RFE responce. They issued the denial letter just as you got. I later got a letter explaining the denial. That letter said I could not appeal; the decision was final. I didnt melt down like you are but I was very dissapointed. You are over reacting which does no good & wont change anything. If you believe in the Muslim teachings now is the time to review those ideas.

You need to cool it until you have that denial letter. There may be a way to repair the damage & get what you want. This isnt a problem created by the US govenment in some plot to do you harm. This is a situation born by the people from your own country that did things in the past to create the need to prove the intent of the immigrant.

In my own case, after my husband reviewed the letters he wrote a letter to USCIS & sent it in along with the evidence asking them to connect it with the case file. He asked for reconsideration rather than appealing the case. The case was reopened & approved.

Hopefully yours will be as well.

    Excellent advice

  3. why did u delete ur facebook profile? is ur immigration case not real but fraud? if u are real and ur petition is real that u really want to live there with ur family? then what that have to do with facebook?

My marriage and intentions are honest. I don't want someone to try to construe my previous posts into something they are not only to create a reason to deny a visa. I love my wife very much and want her here with me. No need to risk my situation. I have requested my account to be removed from VJ also.

  4. Haha, good one. But My wife and I just made one year in the process so imagine how we feel. But with God's grace and the moons and galaxies being aligned correctly hopefully we will discover tomorrow (November interview list published) that the journey is winding down.

I was looking at your timeline. 163 days for your NOA2 is a little more than normal but you spent 6 months in NVC. What happened with NVC to take so long? I thought NVC was 3-6 week process.

  5. Seriously?? Did you even read the article? If you had, you'd have noticed that adjudicators were instructed to friend petitioners in order to basically stalk them. Simple solution: Set you privacy settings so that only your friends can see you stuff, and don't accept a friend request from anyone you don't know.

I read it. I dont trust the privact settings. This is big brother. He can get around privacy settings and passwords. We have given him ultimate authority in the name of national security. I will be surprised if Big brother can't restore what I have deleted, if he really wants to.
