Finally I see some movement on F4 ROW. My family's PD is in Sep 2004. I'll let you know when I get the IL letter, hopefully in April bulletin.

My PD is Sept 7, hopefully interview will be in April. By the end of this month/ earlier next month I should know. Will keep you posted as well. Thanks.
