Someone FB4,PD May 26 got IL.

Just got case complete email. PD Sept 7,2004. Case opened June 22, NVC received doc July 17, case complete Sept 4.

As per law family visa is reunite family visa so if ur relative moved out of usa permanently , it may create issue. Vo may ask why u why he/she not in US.

If the petitioner is out of the USA 6 months before the interview will that be a problem at the time of interview?

Thanks! Had a conversation with NVC. Turns out that we have filled out a form called G28 while the case was with USCIS to appoint an attorney. The same attorney information remained on our file at NVC, so there is no DS261form to be filled up on our case.
Glad to know it wasn't a major problem. I sent financial documents and civil info last week Thursday so I'm praying that everything will go on smoothly and come September my case should be completed.😀
I'm hoping to see some movement in the next visa bulletin as it's the last for the year.

So why the dates remained the same? If there is less demand the dates should move! I really don't understand what's happening.

Yes I was able to login and pay fees right away, before I got the welcome letter. I'm happy that you can at least login for now..it shows that they're working on your case. Hope you receive your WL today, and you can begin your visa process.

Hope so too! I honestly think that they should issue WL based on PD because when it comes to interview appointments, it's first come, first serve.

Yeah got WL today, but was able to full DS- 261and pay fee yesterday.
