  1. what i am looking for is any Web Site that will assist with finding a International job in the Usa and ones that Assist in jobs for China.

i'm also looking for Personal Experience "if any" of the places them self. <<not really needed though>>

so far i have come around to finding the following 2 web sites

    http://www.ciee.org/wat/

    http://www.intrinsic.com.hk -Chinese site of Ciee.org

    and

    http://www.ccusa.com/

i'm just getting a bit desperate i'd say because i want to be with my Chinese Girl Friend very much, so i am looking for any real way. shes suggested on being a English Teacher in China but i would Assume that would need a College Degree of some sort. i know where her heart is and she means well but i am looking for a real way to at least be with each other.

    anyways i Thank everyone on this site for putting up with me with everything i keep asking. :blush: just feeling a bit lost at this point and praying for luck. ^.^;

  2. ***** Moving from AOS to Student and Exchange visitor forum, as OP is asking about a J1 *****

What exactly would you like to know? Whether anyone has experience with that organisation?

that and if anyone can understand the Chinese site well enough to tell me if there Policy is the same as what there English site is detailing.

also the English site says that """CCUSA’s Placement Option (we find your job) or the Independent Option (you find your job)""" on the http://www.ccusa.com/Programs/WorkExperienceUSA.aspx . and i am hoping that she can find her job rather then them Appointing a Job for her. this way at least we can try to get a job that is near me then a job that might be Clear Acrossed the country.

she is a little confused with the sites more then i am, and i want to give her better awnsers but i can't read the Chinese web site as i can't read Chinese that well yet.

but yeah my other question is if anyone has tried this Program and can help with any details that i can't otherwise read on my own and might have better Information for us so that we understand this better.

only other concern is what people think about this? does it sound like a good idea if she came here for months and when she returned to china and that we File for a K1 visa?

i have things i have sent to her by mail and shes saved those packages, and i've also been saving Emails and every message i can with a Date on them to prove that i have met her for some time now. i'm really hoping that after all of this that this can prove her and my love strong enough. i was thinking at the end of her Vist here with this job, that i go ahead and back with her to China on a Tourist Visa.

but i'm not really sure if i can afford that trip for a long time or maybe only a month or if i should save what money her and me both made and save it for the Expenses on the K1 and the Trip of her coming back to america.

    :star: Thanks a bunch Penguin_ie :star: ^.^

  3. ok let me decribe what me and my Girl Friend might be doing very soon, there is a Company that might be headed to China to do International Hiring and this strikes me as a great way to at least see her for a little bit and for me to work there as well.

The company is a Summer type job but thats fine with us because its becoming that season soon, the web site is http://www.cedarpoint.com/public/jobs/summer/international.cfm and listed a few ways for Internationals to get Hired in.

well i did call the company once to Confirm that they are headed to China.

not only would it be a great way for her and me to Spend time with each other but we would both also be making money for the K-1 Visa later on.

well listed on that Cedar Point page is http://www.ccusa.com/ and so i did go there and i found http://www.ccusa.com/Programs/WorkExperienceUSA.aspx at the bottom of that page it says """ If you meet the above requirements, then find the CCUSA office or partner in your country. """

so i gave her the Chinese web site http://www.cultureexchange.org/ sadly i can not read chinese at such a point where i can read up on everything with there web site. so i am concerned some because i really and truly want this to happen some how.

http://www.ccusa.com/Programs/WorkExperienceUSA.aspx near the bottom states """ If you meet the eligibility requirements, CCUSA’s partner will arrange a face to face interview. At the interview, you can make a final decision about which option will work best for you – CCUSA’s Placement Option (we find your job) or the Independent Option (you find your job). """

but i have no clue if this statement is the very same for the Chinese site. or even if its even the very same company or if its a Branch Company.

what i am looking for is anyone that can give a little time and help on this one, i am worried but i'm also looking for the Best Solution to this. i was thinking of calling the company to ask if they would be willing to Hire her in. i do know the Company Hires in many Internationals Yearly.

she has passed her English Exam and is very well with her english, at least enough to pass for many daily things here.

    Anyways! Thanks to Anyone that has the Biggest Heart to read all of this i Bow and Thank anyones Kind Heart and Advice here sorry it is such a big read ^.^;;

  4. ok i didn't know how to Subject this ^.^;;

My Question is this, if i was to move to China and live there and get Married with my future bride to be could her and me both be able to File for the Usa as Family? because i have Family Ties in the usa. "not saying like a week or days after, but like a Year or so after living there"

what i'm saying is that since her and me would be Married wouldn't this make her Family related to my Family in some way?

or would the K-3 and/or the IR-1/CR-1 still be needed ?

thanks again to everyone on these forums for the nice support and being very :star: Friendly :star: ^.^

  5. you can 'fund' the financial portfolio for an entrepreneur visa

Do you have a web site with details on this any? i am confused on this.

Yeah we kinda have a feeling that the Usa would be the Hardest one to try to Go for.

    and Thanks Darnell ^.^

Not to Skip Topics though but would it be hard if she tried to get a Vistor Visa to come here? and would it be costly or near as Costly as another visa? and even asking all this what are the Staying times even if Approved? Months-Years?

  6. I'm not sure about a visitors visa but you cannot just move to Canada without visas and authorization to live and work in Canada

http://www.roadtocan...orums/index.php <----- the Canadian equivilant to VJ

If you do not have family in Canada to qualify for a family visa, the next you can do is a skilled workers visa

    Good luck

Yeah i figued we can not just move to a country without a Visa. as for Skilled Wokers Visa she might be able to get one since she is in a University, i have never gone into College but i have worked a job for 7Years so i'm not sure if that would mean a thing in there Eyes any, but i have to Stay Hopeful on this. ^.^

Have you thought of moving to China?

Yeah i have thought of moving to China if given the chance, my Only major concerns are living and working in China compared to the Usa. as for the Culture and Enviroment i'd be right at home there :)

    I'm not really sure how hard it would be on me because my Chinese is still very New ^.^;;

But if it came down to it and it was the only Choice, i'll do it without any Questions asked just as long as there is a way to be with her it would make her very happy and me as well ^.^

Given the Above what does everyone feel we should take? you see this maybe a 1 Shot deal for her and me so we might end up moving in with each other for Permanent Living and a great Possibility of Marriage later.

Thanks Boiler and canadian_wife For the Help and Advice~~ i know my Girl Friend would be as Thankful to you both :D

  7. My Girl Friend that i have known for nearly 1 year now, i have met her Online and she lives in China and i live in the Usa, well we thought we both had the Ideal idea of what we both wanted to do and it might take longer then we both had hoped, she wants to be with me very much even for a little bit till we both can find a Permanent place we can settle into.

I suggested that she get a Tourist Visa as it lasts a good while but shes not sure because she thinks that it would be hard to get Approved for.

She can't Afford a Student Abroad Visa as i believe this would be the fastest method "correct me if i'm wrong" ^.^;; .

Another thought was for her and me both move to Canada, but we are very Clueless about how hard or Easy it would be for her and me to get Approved for a Visa there so any Advice or Information we both would be Honored.

So my Question is simple what dose everyone else Suggest on this? she wants to be with me even for a little while. but i fear that it would be very Costly for a Vistor Visa and i'm not sure how long it would last.

Any Thoughts or Advice from someone wise or very Kind Hearted? ^.^ :help:

  8. As stated there are a few options.

    1. Fiancee visa (k1). This means you must be engaged before filing the fiancee paperwork. She remains in her country while filing. Once she receives her visa she comes to the US. Once she arrives in the US on a fiancee visa you marry her. She then stays in the US and files for AOS to get her greencard. To get the visa takes around 6 months. Sometimes longer.

    2. Spousal visa (CR-1/IR-1). This means getting married before filing the paperwork. She remains in her country while filing. Once she receives her visa she comes to the US. Once she arrives in the US she will get her greencard, no AOS required. IR-1 is for people married more than 2 years. CR-1 less than 2 years.

You will NEED to meet her in person first. Whether to get married or just get engaged. This is an expensive process, no matter which way you look at it there is a lot of saving you need to do.

would going to China and getting Married near Spur of the moment be as illegal? "looking to stay Legal here"

i'm not familar with Chinese laws, i've asked her but shes also uncertain about this.

also lastly lets say she came here on a Tourist, plan and she stayed with me the entire time for this trip, and i could prove each day that we did something being Photo or even by Video. and lets say we did this for a full year would this be enough then waiting 2years? i'm asking cause she still has the Option of coming Abroad through College, that would be a Half a year staying with me but as well as going to the college for school.

thanks! for everyone putting up with my questions so far, i don't mean to ask so much about this but i have to dig hard at a way of being with her even if i have to end up going to her.

  9. Any company saying that they can get a visa for cheaper or faster is a waste of your money. No company can speed up the process or get around any of the rules.

i did read the guides, but wanted to make certain of what i was reading then goofing up something ^.^

as for the company were not trying to speed up anything, its just shes excited to wanting to be with me she's

looking for ways to do just this. but yeah i don't trust a company saying anything is 100% cause i know better. but i wanted to support her idea just in case.

reason why we haven't met is because of funding expense. but that will come over time and saving.

might i ask what you 2 might suggest then? she was thinking on getting a Tourist Visa for here, she thinks we can get married after this. i don't believe thats possible any, but shes getting this information some place ^.^;; she wants to be able to show me she can do some of the research on her own and i love her for her efforts but, i'm still going lend her a Hand ^.~

shes in College still i believe if she came Aboard here for the last year in college it would be a good idea, what shes taking up can be, taken up here as well. and the college Credits can be transfered as well, she just needs to prove her self in the English Oral test.

Thanks you 2 by the way! :D

  10. ok i have a few Concerns i would like Cleared up, for sake of mind i guess? : 3

"by the way the person i'm trying to bring to the Usa is Chinese hope this helps"

1st Question the Following says on the Comparison Choices

""will have to file Adjustment of Status after entry to the US or once their I-130

petition is approved (while their K-3 Visa is valid) return to their home country

to be interviewed for an IR-1 / CR-1 Visa.""

So wouldn't i be better off going K1 then to IR-1? because she would have to file for it even if i file for a K3?

also if not, the 2nd question here is if i'm understanding this right, she would need to go back to her Country for the Ir1? even

    if she has her K1?

    2nd Question here

my love might have found a Company that Provides a Tourist method that they claim its Guaranteed on her coming here.

i some how feel she might have found a Scam Company. and i don't want her wasting 3,000 Rmb's on it.

does anyone know if there is a way to figure out if this Company is Legit in China?

or maybe if i find out the company name and bring it here to see if anyone knows it as being legit?

Last Question i can think of at this point! : D

on the Part of the K1 stateing

""Documentary Proof of Having Met in Person in the Past Two Years and an Ongoing Relationship""

i have met her online within this year, and when she is out of college it might become 2 years. well my Concern here is we have not met in real life.

does this prevent us from Fileing for a K1? i did read the Number 3 posting Guide under there showing that

"" emails (you can edit personal info with a marker), letters (edit personal info also), stamps on the letters (to document the date they were sent), and other written documentary proof""

well i sent her Gifts from my home town here in the Usa to her College in China with her name on it with my name and Home Address on it as well. as well as coping Emails with dates and even Messenger Messages with Dates and Times on them, can this count any as Proof of Love?

yeah i know i might be able to find most of this on the forums, but! you know self peace of mind knowing i've asked with someone Confirming what i'm asking Helps alot ^.^

Thanks In Advance to all! :D

  11. With the CR-1 If you went over there as the USC get married (you would have to find out if there are any rules for china if they require you to have any documents or if you can just have your passport) you would have to come back to the US she would have to stay in China, you would file for the CR-1 and then when that is done and you get approved she can come and live in the US and will recieve a Green card and SSN. She can still visit you while you file the CR-1 though.

    thank you! :3

  12. 2. Is she already pregnant? Why not just do the whole get married in china you go back to america and then do the CR-1 or get engaged file for K1, she goes to america you get married and after all that have a baby? Im not sure just being there at birth will prove your love

thanks i kinda figured it was false, seemed way to good and easy to be true any : 3 my friend means well though.

as for the CR1 does it require any certain type of china Visa or would a Tourism Visa work to get Married over there to her? ^.^

    thanks by the way :D

  13. i'm asking this because i was told its real so to make very certain i'm asking here ^.^;;

my friend Suggests if the girl i am talking with online was to get Pregnant while being in the Usa, Tourism Visa or other wise. that she can become a Citzen amd Marry right afterwards? is this true or just him giving me false hopes?

then my other question is if she got pregnant in China from me would i need to be there when the baby was born to prove our love even more?

thanks for everyone in advance this is a dicy idea : ( fact is i wouldn't want to do this to her any but shes more then willing for our love.

  14. last question and i think i'll have everything i need : 3

lets say i go over there would i need a Traveling Visa to China? and would this be enough to marry her in china while i am there??

by the way alot of thanks to everyone here, really it makes me feel happy to see everyone giving such responses on this, her and me are worried about not finding all the information so this helps the worrying just a little bit :3

  15. ?

Like others have mentioned, you have to have met in person within the last two years. I assume that you are the US citizen, correct? Assuming so, what country is she from? Depending on where she is from and the circumstances, obtaining a tourist visa to the United States can be extremely difficult, meaning that you would have to visit her. But I know very little about your situation.

she is from Shanghai China and yes i am a usa citizen. at the moment shes in College taking Economics, i was thinking maybe she could travel abroad and vist or another visa method if anyway possible, just as long as her and me can meet and be together within the 2years time its asking for.

ohh and we will take plenty of pictures not a problem there any ^.^ i'm sure her and me will find that easy. heheheh : 3

  16. ok lets see where to start, well my sweetie that i have known online for over 1 year now just online we would want to get involved with each other even more, and step it to the next level of being with each other and seems the way we are going at it most likly we will marry each other and we are fine with this ^.^

now my question is since we have had only online love and no real life contact yet, would Fileing for a K1 be a bad idea? or would her fileing for a Tourism Visa first then a K1 afterwards be the best idea here?

i'm trying to figure out whats the best thing for her and me, we really want to be with each other like most lovers. but i was reading that you need to meet them in the past 2 years? meaning have known them for the past 2 years and have met in real life in some way yes?

Anyways any advice on this is greatly thanked big time! ^.^
