My petition was in CSC - 7/30 - got approved on 3/8 ... Finally they looked into this .. I called uscis many time, even ask for expedite..

anyways now what? As per guide

case will goto NVC

NVC will send to USEM

USEM will send interview letter to Fiance..

I dont see when I am going to get packet#3 and packet#4 ..

Also beneficiary address is changed. when I can change beneficiary address?

what is going on? I have NOA1 of 30th July, 2012 in CSC and still waiting. Someone got approved of September 1, 2012.

I suggest we still vote for petition even they are working on it. Doesnt hurt to press a button.

Hi, I have seen on VJ many people got approvals before my reciept date (which is 8/18/2010). I have not recieved any touch email or RFE, only notification of transfer of my case from CSC to TSC.. Did anyone got approval after transfer? Do I call or expedite someway? Am I missing something here ...

I have applied for my Mother and Father for green card. Before filing I-130 I asked a attorney that I have brother who is 16 years old, and it is really hard for my parents to leave him alone there. According to her, he (brother) CAN NOT come with parents as minor. I got some other information from other friends, that he applied for his sister, and she came to us with her all family (husband and minor kids).

Please help if you know what is the process for Parent's with minor to get green card.

yes she will be wife as per Pakistan law. Anyways, I am leaning towards K3 or CR1.

Does anyone know what is the time line for CR1 or K3 for Pakistan? If someone going thru process now (recent) can give timings here..

Hi, I am in same situation.. But I am thinking why not I apply K1 for my wife? we are going to have nikkah because her family wont allow to have meetings or phone talk before marriage (traditions...)... Any suggestion?
