    We filed our papers on last Sept. 2009 , until now we are not recieved our NOA2, hu! hu! hu!.. what's wrong with this? anyone gets their NOA2 those filer of Sept. 2009? why we are still not getting this?

      Hi Aleksa;

      My hubby call to the USCIS so many times, his first call USCIS told him to wait 90 days , 2nd call he told wait 60 days, 3rd call wait 45 days, all those days already over,and nothing happened those wasting days of waiting,. the 4th call was madeby his lawyer then it's been told wait 14 days, and the 5th call made by his lawyer it's been said another date given it will be Sept. 15 since last Aug, 25th 2010. And no one knows what will happen. Hope they know what is the ...
