    I think you need to call NVC to get your case number. I can see in your timeline you got your NOA2 in the mail. What does it contain? Maybe a case number is already in it? Wow that was fast :) I tried to call NVC today, nothing yet. They want me to call back after 15 days. But some said, I just need to follow up from time to time. Sure it wont take 15 days.
