    Car is fixed and we finally got the envelope from DHL! It contains a letter saying he needs to return to the consulate (not ASC) and re-do his fingerprints... So he had his interview Thurs. 3-24, this letter is dated Mon. 3-28 and is postmarked Sat 4-2.

      What I'm getting at is that they knew when he was at the interview that he'd probably have to re-do the fingerprints through no fault of his own. They generated the letter Monday, the next working day, then it SAT THERE through Friday and was picked up and delivered the same day through DHL.
