    Robe arrived 7am for his interview scheduled at 8:15. They let him into the consulate area where you are not permitted to bring anything with you including food, water or phone. Then they made him wait until just before 5pm, he was the last person called, almost 10 hours later. His interview was brief and it turned out that we had everything they needed. Then they tell him his fingerprint results were not showing up on their computer and wanted to know if he had gone to an ASC appointment...

      I'm so sorry C_Maria! They are so unprepared for this kind of changes! and the worst is that they don't take responsibility of their actions! I'll be praying for you, hopefully you'll have your family back together in no time.
