Hi my conditional green card expires on 05/25/2013 but my second anniversary 03/27/2012 . I am not clear shall i apply for removal of conditions (I-175) 90 days prior to my second anniversary or i have to wait until my actual expiration date on my green card which is 05/25/2013. Please any replies helpful.

If you signed up with NVC to receive mails via emails, NVC will send appoinment letter via email. If not NVC will send to you via snail mail.

Got a question .Regarding the Case completion and interview date assign after SIF .Is NVC notify directly through our postal mail to the beneficary or e-mail and after SIF approximately when we can expect this .

Try to login with your case number and IIN. If you get the following messge, you have got a SIF or Sign in Fail. You won't get a SIF for about 7 or 8 days after NVC has received all of your documents. Good luck.

hey guys ,

How do we find out SIF (Sign in failed) in our case ? is it something we have to log in and find out or call the AVR ..unfortunately our AVR always says case not found in the NVC...

actually our 1V packet entered in to the NVC system 30/11/10

I wrote my name, DOB and NVC case # lightly with a pen. Placed photos in a small plastic bag, labelled that bag and attached the bag to a blank piece of paper which was included with the other required forms and documents. Good luck!

Hello!

Just had a quick question about labeling the passport photos that we include with Packet IV (DS-230). We write the name on the back. Is there anything else that should be included in the labeling(NVC case number? social security number? date of birth?)? I believe this should be written lightly with pencil or pen and put in a plastic bag. I would appreciate any thoughts or recommendations.

Is there an appropriate way of labeling the original documents(birth certificates, police certificates, marraige certificate) without writing on the actual document? Can you use blank label stickers or is there some other accepted method for labeling?

Full Name is Native Alphabet (Roman Letters Used )

What does it mean ?My native is malayalam language do i need to put my full name in the malayalam language ?

It takes around 2-3 weeks (even tho they say 6-8 )to get a case# assigned and the NVC wont notify you. I suggest when getting ur NVC number to call, talk to a Human^TM and to give them yours&your spouses e-mails for further communication (it will be quicker that way!)

Myself an April 2010 CR1 filer still my case is pending (waiting for NOA2).I just wondering I already hold a multiple entry US Visa .I have been in and out of the US so many times in the past before my CR1 filed in April'10.

I intend to visit my US citizen wife sometime soon .Is there any problem during my point of entry at the immigration because of my CR1 petition is still pending ?
